scissors,candle,matchstick,scale,.

 Measure the ribbon 10cms

 Cut the ribbon into this shape

 Fold the ribbon into half and show into fire so the ribbon gets attached

 Fold the ribbon into half

 Again the ribbon other side once done show it again into fire

 This is how the petAl looks like

 Now take a small cardboardonation apply glue and start arranging the petals

Now the flower is ready
